Meet the Lorekeeper

Narrative Director

Aidan Welch

As the Lorekeeper and Narrative Director of Wildshape: Fantasy, Aidan shapes the stories, atmosphere, and growing world behind the archive. Inspired by a lifelong love of fantasy storytelling, tabletop roleplaying, Renaissance faires, and his practice in swordfighting, he’s drawn to the kinds of worlds that invite people to gather, imagine, and feel connected through shared wonder.

Through lore, worldbuilding, and immersive storytelling, his goal is to help create a community for people who love strange histories, meaningful adventures, atmospheric fantasy, and the feeling of stepping into another world… together.

He believes the best fantasy worlds feel lived in: layered with mystery, memory, wonder, and the feeling that there is always more waiting just beyond the edge of the map.
